Responsibilities:
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials such as advertisement designs and recruitment related blogs to be posted on job board/social media/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using internal databases, social media, webinars, campus recruitment etc
- Use AI to screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Use AI to do assessments on applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Proactively contact potential job seekers through calls, emails, and social media and educate
- candidates about the benefits of creating a work profile on the Workforce Pro recruitment platform.
- Identify and reach out to hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals and present the
- Workforce Pro recruitment platform as a solution for their hiring needs. Explain subscription plans, features, and benefits of the platform
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage long-term subscriptions and renewals.
- Assist on onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in Human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
