Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Define product vision, strategy, and key success metrics.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into product features.
• Create and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Ensure clear communication and documentation of product requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools.
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and marketing).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
