Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential threats or breaches.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks.
• Respond to security incidents, investigate breaches, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Manage firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Perform security audits and risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
• Educate employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, attack vectors, and security technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure cloud, network, and endpoint protection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SOC operations, incident response, and forensics.
• Experience in working with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
