Responsibilities:

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials such as advertisement designs and recruitment related blogs to be posted on job board/social media/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using internal databases, social media, webinars, campus recruitment etc
  • Use AI to screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Use AI to do assessments on applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Proactively contact potential job seekers through calls, emails, and social media and educate
  • candidates about the benefits of creating a work profile on the Workforce Pro recruitment platform.
  • Identify and reach out to hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals and present the
  • Workforce Pro recruitment platform as a solution for their hiring needs. Explain subscription plans, features, and benefits of the platform
  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage long-term subscriptions and renewals.
  • Assist on onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in Human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
