Job Type: Full-Time
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Maintaining historical records, Paying employees by verifying expense reports, and preparing paychecks.
- Paying vendors by setting up payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
- Checking and verifying receipts against reimbursement amount.
- Making sure the company pays bills on time
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Working on other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
- Working on sales and service tax submission and payment in the government portal
- Staying updated on the changes, if any, for regulatory payments
- Any ad-hoc tasks, as required
