Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our products and services. Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for applying machine learning solutions.
• Conduct data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to generate insights and improve model accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends to enhance project outcomes and processes.
• Optimize existing machine learning systems for better efficiency and performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on model findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and system reliability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and interns.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, data science, or artificial intelligence.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Pandas).
• Excellent understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Deep knowledge of various ML algorithms and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) related to machine learning.
• Publications or presentations in recognized Machine Learning and AI conferences or journals.
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
