  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Maintaining historical records, Paying employees by verifying expense reports, and preparing paychecks.
  • Paying vendors by setting up payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
  • Checking and verifying receipts against reimbursement amount.
  • Making sure the company pays bills on time
  • Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Working on other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
  • Working on sales and service tax submission and payment in the government portal
  • Staying updated on the changes, if any, for regulatory payments
  • Any ad-hoc tasks, as required
